Collaborative Governance Program (CGP)

The Collaborative Governance Program (CGP) in the Kyrgyz Republic works to foster effective collaboration between a credible, sustainable civil society, the private sector, and the Government of Kyrgyz Republic resulting in a more responsive and accountable government and providing to service deliver for all citizens. CGP aims to improve the social compact between the government and the Kyrgyz people by capitalizing on the increased cooperation between the public, private, and civil society sectors in the Kyrgyz Republic.  A key component of the CGP is a capacity building for civil society organizations (CSO) throughout the Kyrgyz Republic.

The purpose of this EOI is to provide the CGP with knowledge of those organizations and subject matter experts who wish to be considered for contracting with the CGP to provide training services.  CGP seeks to expand its pool of qualified and available training organizations and trainers to conduct workshops on:

-          Effective Advocacy

-          Financial Management for CSOs

-          Fundraising for CSOs

CGP plans to offer up to 15 workshops in all Oblasts for each of these training subjects.

Criteria for Selection of Training Organizations and Trainers with documented experience in areas such as:

-          Training and workshop facilitation in either of the relevant topics

-          The techniques and skills required to maintain a robust and positive atmosphere during  trainings and  workshops

-          Mentorship/coaching

-          techniques for monitoring and evaluating training and workshops

-          Training and workshop delivery throughout the Kyrgyz Republic

-          The making of videos for trainings

Those who are interested may submit their EOI and organizational qualifications and/or CVs (in English or Russian) to .  Responses to this EOI should insert “CSO TRAINER” in the subject line of their response and clearly indicate in which of the three topics they are interested.  The responses may indicate more than one of the topics.
